نبذة
The Electronic Card Project of the Ministry of Trade is designed to modernize Iraq’s ration card system through digital registration, unified beneficiary data, and electronic service delivery. The project supports more accurate identification of eligible beneficiaries, reduces duplication and manipulation in records, strengthens data governance, and improves the efficiency and transparency of food distribution services. It has also been developed in cooperation with the World Food Programme as part of efforts to modernize Iraq’s food security and social support systems.
