Dr. Ammar Mohammed Nouri Hadi

Dr. Ammar Mohammed Nouri Hadi serves as Director General of the Planning and Follow-up Department at Iraq’s Ministry of Communications. He holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Manchester and earned a Master’s degree with Distinction in Telecommunications Engineering from Brunel University London. Dr. Ammar has contributed to research published in international journals and conferences and has represented the Republic of Iraq at numerous Arab and international telecommunications and technology events. He currently serves as Iraq’s official point of contact with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), supporting international coordination and cooperation in telecommunications and information and communication technology.
