The Official Opening Ceremony of ITEX IRAQ 2026 marks the launch of the fifth edition of Iraq’s International Telecommunications and Information Technology Exhibition and its four-day programme of forums, conferences, summits, and specialized sessions. The ceremony brings together senior government officials, regulators, institutional leaders, strategic partners, technology companies, and industry representatives for the formal opening of the exhibition. The programme includes the reception and seating of guests, the national opening protocol, official addresses, presentations highlighting the development of Iraq’s telecommunications sector and ITEX IRAQ, followed by the official opening of the Fifth Telecommunications Forum.
