Dr. Mustafa Nizar Juma Al-Ani is the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Iraq. He has held several senior positions within the Iraqi Ministry of Trade, including Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department, Deputy Director General of the Companies Registration Department, and Deputy Director General of the Planning and Follow-up Department. He holds a PhD in Public Law (Constitutional Law) from Ain Shams University in Egypt, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law.
