Dr. Rafid Al-Khafaji has more than 22 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, including 16 years with Huawei Technologies. During his career at Huawei, he progressed through several leadership positions, including Vice President and Board Member from 2019 to 2026, Director of the Government Enterprise Department from 2016 to 2019, and Sales Director from 2011 to 2016. Prior to joining Huawei, he spent six years working with a mobile telecommunications company in Iraq. He holds a PhD in Telecommunications and Control Engineering.
